### လက်ရှိလုပ်ငန်းတွင် အသုံးပြုနေသော ပုံသေပိုင်ပစ္စည်းများကို Opening စာရင်းထည့်သွင်းမည်ဆိုပါက အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ထည့်သွင်းရပါမည်။

### Fixed Assets Opening များထည့်သွင်းရာတွင် Item Name ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ Fixed Assets ထည့်သွင်းခြင်းနှင့် Fixed Asset Opening Amount ကို Journal Entry ထည့်သွင်းခြင်းများ အဆင့်ဆင့် ပြုလုပ်ပေးရပါမည်။

* Asset စာရင်းများမထည့်သွင်းမီ Asset Category နှင့် Location များကိုဦးစွာထည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။
* Asset Category နှင့် Location များထည့်သွင်းပြီးပါက Fixed Asset Item Name ကိုထည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။

* Stock >> Items and Pricing >> Item ကို တစ်ချက်နှိပ်ပါ။

* Add Item ကို နှိပ်ပါ။

* Item Code တွင် သတ်မှတ်လိုသည့် Code No ကိုထည့်သွင်းပါ။
* Item Name တွင် ထည့်သွင်းလိုသည့် Fixed Assets Name ကို ထည့်သွင်းပါ။
* Item Group တွင် Fixed Assets ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* အပြည့်အစုံ ထည့်သွင်းရန် အောက်ဆုံးမှ Edit in Full ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

* Maintain Stock နှင့် Include item in Manufacturing တို့ကို အမှန်ခြစ် ဖြုတ်ပေးရပါမည်။
* is Fixed Asset ကို အမှန်ခြစ် လုပ်ပေးရမည်။
* Asset Category တွင်သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Category ကိုရွေးချယ်ပေးရပါမည်။
* Save ကို တချက်နှိပ်ပေးပါ။

### Fixed Asset item Name များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပြီးပါက

* Fixed Asset ထည့်သွင်းရန် အောက်ပါ အတိုင်းထည့်သွင်းရမည်။

* Add Asset ကို နှိပ်ပါ။

* Item Code တွင် Fixed Asset Item ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Asset Name တွင် Fixed Asset Item Name ကို ထည့်သွင်းပါ။
* Asset Category တွင် Fixed Asset နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Category ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Location တွင် Fixed Asset ထားရှိသည့် Location ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Purchase Date တွင် Asset စတင်ဝယ်ယူ ခဲ့သော Date ကို ထည့်ပါ။
* Asset Owner Company တွင် Company ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* ရှိပြီးသား Fixed Asset ကို Opening ထည့်သွင်းမည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် Is Existing Asset ကိုအမှန်ခြစ်ပါ။

* Cost Center ရွေးချယ်ပေးရပါမည်။

* Gross Purchase Amount တွင် Asset ၏မူလဝယ်ယူခဲ့သည့် Amount ကိုထည့်ပါ။
* Purchase Date တွင် ထို Asset ကိုဝယ်ယူခဲ့သည့် Date ကို ထည့်သွင်းပါ။
* Available for use Date တွင် ထို Asset ကို လုပ်ငန်းတွင် စတင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့် Date ကို ထည့်သွင်းပါ။

* Calculate Depreciation ကိုအမှန်ခြစ်ပါ။
* Opening Accumulated Depreciation တွင် Depreciation ချခဲ့ပြီးသော Depreciation Amount ကိုထည့်ပါ။
* Number of Depreciation Booked တွင် Depreciation ချခဲ့ပြီးသော လအရေအတွက်ကို ထည့်ပါ။

* Depreciation Method တွင် Straight Line ကို ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Total Number of Depreciation တွင် Monthly အလိုက် Depreciation ချမည်ဆိုပါက Depreciation ချမည့် စုစုပေါင်း လ အရေအတွက် ကိုထည့်သွင်းပါ။
* Frequency Of Depreciation တွင် 1လ တစ်ခါ Depreciation ချမည့်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် 1 လ ဟုထည့်သွင်းပေးရမည်။
* Depreciation Posting Date တွင် Depreciation စတင်ချမည့် Date ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Save နှင့် Submit ကို တချက်စီနှိပ်ပေးပါ။

* အကယ်၍ စာရင်းပိတ်လက်ကျန်ကာလနှင့် လက်ရှိရောက်နေသောကာလ၏ နောက်ပိုင်းတွင်ကျန်ခဲ့သော လများကို တန်ဖိုးလျော့ထည့်သွင်းမည်ဆိုပါက Journal Entry ဘေးရှိ Edit ကိုနှိပ်ပေးရပါမည်။

* Make Depreciation Entry ကို တစ်ချက်နှိပ်ပါ။
* လွန်ခဲ့သောကာလအတွက် Depreciation Journal Entry သွင်းပေးခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ထို ပုံစံ အတိုင်း မိမိ Depreciation ချလိုသည့် လ အထိ Depreciation ချပေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

* Fixed Asset Register တွင် Opening Fixed Asset ကိုသာ ကြည့်ရှုချင်ပါက Is Existing Asset ကိုအမှန်ခြစ် ပြုလုပ်ပေးပြီး ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။
* Asset ကို Asset စာရင်းသွင်းပြီးသွားပါက Asset Opening Amount ကို Journal Entry မှ စာရင်းသွင်းပေးရပါမည်။

* Accounting >> General Ledger မှ Journal Entry ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

* Add Journal Entry ကို တချက်နှိပ်ပါ။

* Entry Type တွင် Journal Entry ကိုရွေးပါ။
* Posting Date တွင် Fixed Asset Opening Amount စတင်ထည့်သွင်းသော Date ကိုထည့်ပေးရမည်။ ( Software ထဲကို စတင်ထည့်သွင်းမည့် Date မတိုင်ခင်ရက်နှင့်စာရင်းသွင်းပေးရမည်။)

* Fixed Asset Account (Electronic Equipments) ၏ Debit ဘက်တွင် Asset မူလဝယ်ရင်းစျေးကို ထည့်ပါ။
* Accumulated Depreciation Account ၏ Credit ဘက်တွင် Opening Depreciation Amount ကိုထည့်ပါ။
* Temporary Opening Account တွင် Asset မူလဝယ်ရင်းစျေး မှ Opening Depreciation Amount ကို နှုတ်ပြီးသား Amount ကိုထည့်ပါ။

* User Remark တွင် Asset Opening Amount နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် အကြောင်းအရာများကို ထည့်ပေးပါ။

* More Information တွင် Is Opening ကို Yes လုပ်ပေးရမည်။
