**Fixed Asset Item များ ထည့်သွင်းလိုပါက ပထမဦးစွာ Asset Category များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေးရပါမည်။ Asset Category သည် Asset အမျိုးအစား အလိုက် သတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ဥပမာ Desktops နှင့် Laptops အမျိုးအစား တို့ကို "Electronic Equipments" နာမည်ဖြင့် Asset Category တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားနိုင်သည်။**

* Add Asset Category ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

### Depreciation Method ရွေးချယ်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း

Finance Book Detail တွင်

* Depreciation Method ကိုရွေးပါ။ (eg. Straingt Line)
* Total Number of Depreciation တွင် Depreciation ချလို့သော စုစုပေါင်း လအရေအတွက်ကိုထည့်ပါ။
* Frequency of Depreciation တွင် Depreciation Frequency ကိုထည့်ပါ။ (eg.Monthly Depreciation)
* Depreciation Posting Date သတ်မှတ်ထားလိုပါက သတ်မှတ်ပါ။ (Opational)

### Asset Category အတွက် Depreciation Account များသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း

Accounts တွင် ထို Asset Category အတွက် သီခြား Depreciation Account များကို ရွေးချယ်သတ်မှတ်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

* Fixed asset account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Accumulated Depreciation account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
* Depreciation Expense Account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။

ထို့နောက် Save ကိုနှိပ်၍ Asset Category ကိုသတ်မှတ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
